Dear Teachers (Principals - Please forward to your high school science
teachers),
Applications are now being accepted for the National Institute of Aerospace,
NASA & Space Grant 5th Annual Educator Institute July 9-20, 2007. The first
week of the workshop will be hosted at NASA Langley Research Center in
Hampton, VA and at NCSU/NCA&T for week two. All selected teachers will
receive a $1,500 stipend.
The National Institute of Aerospace (NIA), NASA Langley Research Center &
Space Grant Educator Institute is an opportunity for middle and high school
teachers and administrators to delve into the world of science, technology,
engineering, and math (STEM). The institute will be an intense two weeks
focused on current and past NASA research in STEM.
Please see the attached flyer for more information on the workshop and how
to apply. Applications are due by February 21, 2007.
